The Hinsdale Central girls golf team finished fourth in the Double-A state tournament after shooting a combined 41-over-par Friday at Hickory Point Golf Club in Decatur, according to the IHSA website.
Saturday's second round was canceled due to rain.
Senior Jacqueline Bruns led the way for the Red Devils with a 4-over-par 76. That score tied Bruns for seventh place in the individual standings.
The other individual scores that counted towards Hinsdale Central's team score included junior Madelynn Swank's 83, senior Colleen Ahern's 85, and senior Rosanna Lederhausen's 85.
Juniors Cailee Beisswanger and Zoe Wong also played and shot scores of 87 and 89, respectively.
New Trier won the team title with a score of 25-over-par. Prospect finished second at 29-over, and Sacred Heart-Griffin finished third at 34-over.
Stevenson's Stephanie Miller won the individual title by shooting a 1-under 71. Buffalo Grove's Grace Kil and Jessica Yuen tied for second with even-par scores of 72.
Massac County won the Single-A title.
